Harrah Law is proud to announce attorney Broc Exposito obtained verdicts of NOT GUILTY on charges of murder in the first degree and armed criminal action after a four-day jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri.

Prior to joining Harrah Law, Broc opened Exposito Law LLC in 2022, and the case involved his second client since entering private practice. Broc graduated law school in 2020.

The case pitted Broc against Jackson County Assistant Prosecutor Caitlin Brock, Chief Deputy Prosecutor Dion Sankar, and Ben Cox, Chief Trial Assistant for the Violent Crimes Unit. Broc tried the case alongside famed Kansas City defense attorney Molly Hastings of the Hastings Law Firm.

The jury returned not guilty verdicts on all counts after only four hours of deliberation. A related gun charge was subsequently dismissed by the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office.
