Celebrating its second anniversary this year, Harrah Law is excited to share its refreshed branding and announce the firm has welcomed a new attorney. Design updates include an evolution of the firm's original logo and new website that resemble growth of Harrah Law since launching in 2019. That growth most recently includes the addition of Brian McEachen as a senior attorney.
“Two years in, we have exceeded our goals and our consistent full workload opened the opportunity to expand our roster of attorneys,” said Desarae Harrah. “Knowing Brian since law school brought an established camaraderie that made his joining the firm a natural fit. While our firm's core beliefs haven't changed, the changes to our look better represent the character of Harrah Law's team now.”
McEachen brings two decades of experience practicing, including most recently serving as the head of SouthLaw, P.C.'s Eviction Department. While there he managed a team that oversaw evictions across multiple states and represented both national and local clients in the post-foreclosure eviction process.
He has experience representing lenders in commercial loan defaults, fraud and lender liability issues, as well as garnishments and general collection matters. With substantial experience handling a large caseload of litigation files, McEachen previously worked with Harrah Law as a contract attorney for six months and joined fulltime in January this year.
“I'm excited to have joined Desarae and the team she has built at Harrah Law,” said McEachen. “I trust her and am happy to be practicing alongside someone with the drive and vision she has for the firm. Coming from a larger firm, it's been a nice change to be working hands-on with clients again, taking on all different aspects of the law to help get them a favorable resolution.”
Harrah Law combines entrepreneurial savvy with valuable depth and breadth of experience in litigation, real estate, construction, and creditors' rights to develop effective litigation strategies that deliver results.
